Data we collect

Data you provide through the enquiry form: name, email address, phone number, country, preferred stay dates, number of guests, the content of your message and your browsing language. Fields marked as required are necessary to process your enquiry.

Data collected automatically during your visit: your IP address, used for spam protection and to limit the number of submissions; browsing data set by cookies, only after you have given your consent; advertising campaign identifiers (gclid, utm parameters) when you reach the site from an advertisement.

Purposes and legal bases

Answering your quote and booking enquiries and preparing a possible rental contract: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR).

Measuring site traffic and the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns: your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), collected through the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time.

Keeping the site secure, preventing abusive submissions and retaining technical logs: our legitimate interest in protecting the site and our mailbox (Article 6.1.f GDPR).

Retaining records relating to confirmed bookings: legal accounting and tax obligations (Article 6.1.c GDPR).

Recipients and processors

Your data is processed by KALYMNOS 3 and by the following providers acting on its behalf:

Hostinger International Ltd: website hosting, server located in France.

OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France: delivery of the emails generated by the form.

Google Ireland Ltd: Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, activated only after your consent. Data may be transferred to the United States under the Data Privacy Framework. When you submit an enquiry, your email address and phone number are sent to Google Ads in hashed form, meaning they are transformed by an irreversible function, in order to measure campaign conversions.

CookieYes Ltd, United Kingdom: collection, storage and proof of your cookie consent. The United Kingdom benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission.

Cloudflare Inc., United States: Turnstile spam protection on the form, covered by the Data Privacy Framework.

Your data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention periods

Enquiries with no follow-up: 12 months from the last exchange.

Booking files and related accounting records: 10 years, in line with accounting obligations.

Cookies stored on your device: 13 months maximum.

Proof of your cookie consent: 6 months, after which the banner is shown to you again.

Technical logs and anti-spam data: 12 months.

No analytics or advertising cookie is set before you accept it. Until you make a choice, only strictly necessary cookies are active.

Necessary cookies: cookieyes-consent, which stores your consent preferences (1 year).

Analytics: _ga and _ga_3JYE5VTVHD, set by Google Analytics 4 to distinguish visitors and measure sessions (2 years).

Advertising: _gcl_au (3 months), _gcl_aw and _gcl_gs (90 days), IDE (13 months), set by Google Ads to attribute conversions and measure advertising performance.

Your rights

To exercise these rights, write to contact@masmonts.com. You will receive an answer within one month. Proof of identity may be requested if there is reasonable doubt about the identity of the person making the request.

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS, which encrypts exchanges between your browser and the server.

Enquiries sent through the form are delivered to the contact@masmonts.com mailbox, access to which is limited to the people handling bookings.

The server hosting the site is located in France.
